A new urban retreat in Shoreditch comprising of 175 new premium residential apartments with a co-located college beneath (read more about our work for New Regents’ Street college here). The design of the 28-storey building, tucked away between the vibrancy of Shoreditch and the bustle of the City of London, responds to its surroundings, but reinvents if for contemporary residents.
The interiors, where the creative material palette and furniture selection takes inspiration from the 1920s, have been designed for modern living, with open plan living areas and clever use of space. The space design makes use of floor-to-ceiling windows, open balconies and the 17th century concept of winter gardens to offer an inside-outside connection rare in the heart of London.
The high-end interior finish has been achieved through a combination of high-quality material, distinctive design and upscale furniture choices. The building boasts a stunning feature wall, terrazzo flooring, bespoke lighting, custom furniture, brass details and smoked oak chevron floors exuding grandeur throughout.
Working alongside London Newcastle, McLaren Construction, Woods Baggot and Amos and Amos, Apteriors procured and installed furniture throughout the development, including the complex’s lounge, concierge, winter garden, library, cinema room and gym, as well as a full show flat decorated and furnished entirely with Lema Furniture.
