Project Spotlight: The Bridge School

One of our recently completed educational projects, The Bridge.

The Bridge School is a SEMH School in Romford, Essex operated by Life Education Trust. The school setting is absolutely paramount in the delivery of this mission.

The school occupies the site of a former school and youth center, which has been refurbished for use by the present school. Our skilled fit-out teams have fitted out this modern school building and teaching blocks. The building includes Food tech rooms, office spaces, disabled WC and more.

95% of all furniture was fitted off-site in the factor, allowing for significant time and cost savings and delivering a turnkey solution.

The building exterior was designed to contrast with the natural surroundings and a green interior finish.

Why Green? The colour theme was chosen because green has a calming effect, is a stress reliever and promotes concentration. Bringing that outdoor experience indoors, seamless indoor-outdoor connections can have a positive effect when applied in schools, it can transform test results and improve the overall educational experience for children and teachers alike.
