The Otto is mixed-use residential and educational scheme, which provided a new nursery and two-form-entry primary school, co-located with 89 residential apartments.
The project was focused on a sense of community, underpinned through the cohesive approach to the interiors and exteriors of both the educational and residential spaces within the development.
Working alongside a great collective, including Kier Educational Services, London Borough of Hackney, Flint Interior Design, London Newcastle and McLaren Construction Group, Apteriors fitted out the flagship show flat, the concierge and several other units within the residential complex, as well as the Primary School (more about that here).
The Show Flat
Designed to really show off the possibilities within the residential units, with the hopes of potential buyers securing the premises inclusive of the furniture, the approach to the flat was eye-catching design and ultimate functionality in equal measure.
