FF&E for a Calm, Inclusive and Future‑Ready SEND Environment

Apteriors was appointed to deliver the full FF&E package for Brent’s new £22 million Wembley Manor School – a purpose‑built, 150‑place SEND secondary designed around the needs of neurodiverse learners. Working alongside Brent Council and The Rise Partnership Trust, we created supportive, low‑stimulus environments that help pupils feel settled, confident and ready to learn from day one.

OUR FF&E APPROACH

Designed for Neurodiverse Learners. We specified furniture and finishes that limit visual and sensory overload, with:

  • Soft, neutral tones
  • Durable, low‑glare materials
  • Zoned layouts to reduce clutter
  • Adapted storage for predictable routines

INTEGRATED WITH AN ACCELERATED BUILD PROGRAMME

The school was constructed using 121 offsite‑manufactured modules installed ahead of schedule.
