FF&E for a Calm, Inclusive and Future‑Ready SEND Environment
Apteriors was appointed to deliver the full FF&E package for Brent’s new £22 million Wembley Manor School – a purpose‑built, 150‑place SEND secondary designed around the needs of neurodiverse learners. Working alongside Brent Council and The Rise Partnership Trust, we created supportive, low‑stimulus environments that help pupils feel settled, confident and ready to learn from day one.
Built to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, Wembley Manor brings much‑needed specialist provision closer to home for Brent families. The three‑storey building includes bright classrooms, therapy rooms, specialist teaching spaces and carefully designed breakout areas that prioritise wellbeing and independence.
Apteriors’ role was to ensure every space, from classrooms to life‑skills zones, was equipped with FF&E that reduces anxiety, supports sensory regulation and enables structured, predictable learning.
